30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include the collector poster and all original contents.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your request has been approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at playlastpiece@gmail.com.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different puzzle, simply return your eligible item once your return has been approved and place a new order through our website.
International Orders
Last Piece proudly ships worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of:
- A damaged or defective item.
- An incorrect item received.
- An error on our part.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, include all original contents, and be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
